If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily reset it using email verification. Follow these step-by-step instructions to reset your password and regain access to your AIO account.

Step-by-Step Password Reset Instructions

Step 1: Initiate the Password Reset

Navigate to the sign-in page on the AIO platform.

Click on the "forgot password" link.

You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your AIO account.

After entering your email, click "Send Email" to receive a password reset code.

Step 2: Retrieve the Reset Code

Open your email inbox and look for an email with the subject "Reset your password".

Copy the code provided in the email.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

Return to the AIO password reset page and paste the copied code into the first field.

In the second field, enter your new password. Ensure your new password is strong:

Password Requirements:

At least 8 characters long.

Includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Once you've entered the new password, click "Set new password".

Confirmation

After clicking "Set new password", your password will be updated, and you can now log in with the new password.
