IP Whitelisting - Dashboard

IP Whitelisting for Dashboard#

The AIO dashboard is designed for secure and private use by business owners. With an emphasis on ease of use, even for those with minimal technical and cryptocurrency knowledge, the dashboard ensures that sensitive data remains protected. Following client feedback, we've implemented a feature called IP Allowlisting to enhance this security.

How IP Allowlisting Works#

Default Access: Without IP allowlisting enabled, anyone with the correct credentials can access the AIO dashboard from any location worldwide.
Restricted Access: With IP allowlisting activated, dashboard access is only possible from specified IP addresses.

Enabling IP Allowlisting#

1.
Navigate to the "IP Allowlisting" option found in the sidebar menu under the settings dropdown.
2.
Click the toggle next to "Enable or Disable IP Access Control" to activate IP allowlisting.
3.
Upon activation, your current IP address is automatically added to the "Allowed IP addresses" list.

Managing IP Addresses#

Adding New IPs: Add more IP addresses by clicking "Add new." Follow the instructions provided in the accompanying screenshot.
Temporary Access: Disable or blacklist any already added IP address, which you can re-enable later. This feature is useful for granting temporary access to the dashboard, perhaps to an employee.

Viewing and Managing Your Current IP#

Current IP Display: Your current IP address is displayed beside the label "Your current IP."
Removing IPs: You can delete an IP address from the whitelist at any time.

Conditions and Cautions#

Automatic Addition: If IP allowlisting is enabled and no IP addresses are listed, your current IP address will be automatically added to the whitelist.
Caution:
If you remove your current IP address from the whitelist and other IPs remain, you will be immediately logged out and will not be able to log in again from that IP until it is re-added from an allowed IP address.
